Nu Mark is part of Altria – the largest tobacco industry holding in the world, which includes Philip Morris, among others. This company focuses on creating innovative solutions on the e-cigarettes market. We have created a modern, dedicated platform especially for Nu Mark, which can be used to support sales, payments, documents as well as claims and a discount code system, all in one place.

GreenSmoke – Dedicated Retail Platform_

In response to the expectations of the demanding e-cigarettes market, we created a platform thanks to which our client and the moderator can have complete control over the purchasing process – from selection of the product, through the payment process, up to the order and support of documents.

We created two shops for two different brands – GreenSmoke and MarkTen, and we put our focus on full integration of all functionalities. Because of this, both shops, and the entire sales process, can be managed from one panel. This allows for convenient work even during periods of heightened sales

_Unique Brand Appearance oriented toward friendly UX

An intuitive purchasing process is critical to high sales results. For this reason, we placed special emphasis on creating a convenient and accessible page structure. It was created and designed in cooperation with the E-Sales Department and an UX Expert. Thanks to this, users move through the entire purchasing process – in both shops – with ease.

 

_Dedicated Discount Codes System

To maintain and build ties with e-cigarette consumers, we created a special discount codes program. In this program, every user collects their own points for product purchases, which can then be exchanged for discounts. Thanks to this, customers come back to Nu Mark shops more eagerly and also order more.

 

_Dedicated claims system

Customer support at every level of communication with the brand was a priority for us. We created a Claims System designed from the perspective of the client’s needs. With the help of our platform, the shop’s staff realizes and delegates claims to individual departments more quickly and efficiently. Because of this, the consumer – even in a situation as negative as a complaint – feels that the brand is taking care of them, which increases the probability that they will come back in the future. Moreover, we implemented live-chat on the platform in order to shorten the waiting time for a response as much as possible and provide consumers with the opportunity to contact the brand in the here and now.

 

_Visual identification

Many consumers are visual-minded and like to use shops that have a nice appearance. For this reason, we created two graphic layouts for the GreenSmoke and MarkTen brands. On one hand, we differentiated their color schemes, and on the other, we maintained a coherent formula, thanks to which consumers immediately recognize the family of Nu Mark products. This makes it possible to build brand awareness on the level of visual identification.

 

_A/B tests

To develop the best possible platform adapted to Nu Mark’s needs, the platform’s solutions underwent a series of A/B tests. Thanks to this, the links and banners that will work best were selected on the basis of specific statistical conclusions. In this way, we achieved higher sales conversion.
